Tampa Bay’s food scene has been on the upswing for several years. Based on recent developments, it doesn’t appear to be slowing down anytime soon. More and more delicious options are opening on what seems to be a monthly basis. Here’s a few of the latest and greatest.
Oak and Stone – Downtown St Pete – “Every restaurant has a story. Oak & Stone’s begins with a guy who just wanted to watch the game with a cold beer and delicious food.” You have to check out the self serve brew wall.
El Chapo Taco – Gulfport -“Our restaurant is mostly recognized for our authentic Mexican food, our wide selection of alcoholic drinks, and lively atmosphere. ”
Trophy Fish – Downtown St Pete – “We are proud to be born and raised in St. Pete with saltwater running through our veins. We love our local seafood and support our local fishermen. And, while there are many seafood restaurants on our beaches, we felt that downtown St. Pete lacked a laid-back, come all/serve all restaurant with great seafood. From this simple thought, our little Trophy Fish was born.”
Shula Burger – Soho Tampa – “Shula’s Signature Burgers are freshly made from a blend of Premium Black Angus Beef, Short Rib and Brisket so that you enjoy a tasty, juicy burger every time.”
Osteria Bar and Kitchen – Downtown Tampa – Should be opening very soon.
Paul’s Landing – At the Vinoy in Downtown St Pete – “Paul’s Landing provides an approachable dining destination with indoor and outdoor seating for up to 200 guests and uninterrupted waterfront views. Created to present an atmosphere of easygoing elegance, our design and menus offer a unique representation of days past.”
Rusty Lyon – Dunedin – “We are a Sports oriented, Bourbon and Burger Bar with a creative craft beer selection. Our Industrial Look and Roof Top bar offers a nice change to the Dunedin restaurant options.”
Clearwater Social Brewing Company – “As Clearwater Beach’s first brewery, we feature a great selection of Florida beers, spirits and wines just steps away from the beach!”
