Healthy eating isn’t something most of us take lightly nowadays. Whether it’s by choice, or we have dietary restrictions, a lot of us are making more conscientious decisions about what we put in our bodies. I for one, still want to eat my favorite foods, but don’t want to eat junk food everyday. Enter Bamboozle Cafe.
Bamboozle serves healthy Vietnamese cuisine, that doesn’t compromise on flavor. Whether you’re looking for gluten free, vegetarian or vegan options, you’re bound to find something that’s right for you. I decided to check them out for lunch on a Friday around 11 am. The place was clean, updated and very modern.

I was able to secure a table right away and ordered the papaya salad, avocado fresh roll, chicken fresh roll, roast pork bahn mi, chicken pho, veggie pho, and a chicken Saigon salad for good measure. While I waited for my food I noticed a painting that was on display in the dining area. I inquired about it and was told there were revolving works of art at a any given time by different artists for sale.
Alas, my food had arrived. The papaya salad was exquisite. It was cut like noodles and pickled. It contained cucumbers, cilantro, sweet red peppers and peanuts. This dish was crisp but flavorful and most definitely my favorite. The avocado fresh roll was definitely fresh. It contained rice noodles, carrots, cucumbers, lettuce, yellow peppers, and as the name suggests, avocado. It was delicious and most importantly (if you’re counting calories), guilt free.

Something I found really convenient at Bamboozle were the smaller portions of pho offered for $3.95, saving me from having to chug an entire bowl of pho, but also, they do offer $5 pho on Tuesdays for those conscientious spenders out there.

As I sat there eating my delicious food I noticed the Cafe started getting super busy during the lunch hour. Then it dawned on me that maybe I was the only one that hadn’t realized that this was THE place to be for lunch. I don’t know, but maybe you guys should go see what the fuss is all about too, so go check it out!Bamboozle Cafe
