Downtown Tampa is an awesome place to get outdoors and work on your fitness. Need to change it up a bit? There’s 5 free fitness classes every week at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. All classes are for all ages and all fitness levels. Mondays at 6pm
VKNG Drip – A total body dance workout that keeps you moving with cardio, strength, and circuit training.
Tuesdays at 6pm
Zumba in the Park – Run by the Downtown YMCA, get fit with latin-inspired dance and cardio.
Wednesdays at 6pm
Bamboozle Fit Club – Urban Sweat Shop and Bamboozle Cafe have teamed up to provide a cross fit / boot camp classes for all experience levels.
Thursdays at 6pm
Barre in the Park – The Tampa Jewish Community Center runs a class with a yoga, Pilates, dance and functional training with motivational music.
Sundays at 6pm (Daylight Savings Hours), 5pm Winter Hours
Yoga in the Park – This one started it all – a tradition since 2010. Instructors from Lucky Cat Yoga run a fun and interesting class for any experience level.
