Don’t have a gym to workout in? No worries! There’s so much you can do with just your bodyweight to get in a great workout! Exercises like lunges, squats, planks, burpees, crunches, push-ups, tricep dips, or bridges are a great way to tone your entire body and boost your metabolism.

And with so many beautiful locations in Tampa Bay to enjoy the lovely weather and scenery you can get a kick-butt workout while also getting in your daily dose of Vitamin D.

Check out these three workout videos of some of my favorite Tampa Bay locations and favorite exercises designed to get you in shape fast. And even better many of these workouts take 20 minutes or less, so if you’re crunched for time there’s no reason to skip your workout.
