Southwest Florida’s premier architectural home tour returns for its 20thseason! This year’s exciting experience explores architectural diversity and showcases 10 homes spotlighting Historic Kenwood’s urban rebirth, continued revitalization and the phenomenon of living large in small spaces. Craftsman Bungalows, Tudor, Minimal Traditional Cottages and Mid-Century Modernhomes are all featured with their special architectural details. Known as the Neighborhood of the Arts – we will feature our newest Public Art initiative including creative, cool, funky street sign finials. Additionally, every tour stop home will host an Artist Enclave of Historic Kenwood (AEHK) artist!
BungalowFest Check in and registration begins at Seminole Park on the corner of 29thSt N and 3rdAve. N. Stroll or use the free continuous Trolleys which transport guests throughout the neighborhood to view the selected Tour Homes. Tickets are $20.00 and are available on line at www.bungalowfest.org www.historickenwood.org or at the Craftsman House Gallery at 2955 Central Avenue. Tickets are also available for $25.00 in Seminole Park on the day of the event.
