Florida Venture Forum-

The Florida Venture Forum, established in 1984, is the leading entrepreneurial and private company investor networking group in Florida, providing Florida-based companies (and their owners and managers) with unique strategic education and guidance and opportunities to interact with and present to active funds and other equity investors as well as other members of the entrepreneurial and emerging company ecosystem. To date, Florida-based companies presenting at Forum conferences have raised almost $3 Billion of venture capital investment.

Angel Investors Network (AIN) was created by a group of successful entrepreneurs, investment bankers, angel investors, marketing and management experts, lawyers and accountants who have built companies in a diverse set of industries.

St. Petersburg Downtown Partnership Technology Fund

The St. Petersburg Downtown Partnership’s Technology Fund targets seed-stage, pre-venture investment opportunities at companies based on technology and is designed to be a perennial fund. In exchange for investments that typically range between $10,000 to $20,000, the Partnership receives an ownership stake in the company. If profits are realized, the money is returned to the Technology Fund to provide more resources for additional investments.
