The menu had a wide variety of tasty descriptions, but I had to go with Chicken Panini. It is not often you get homemade mozzarella, and WOW what a difference. The consistency and flavor of the cheese would have been enough without the chicken!
Now the chicken made allowed the flavor of the cheese to tone down the subtle char on the chicken and also brought out the robust flavor of the freshly made pesto.
I think what I liked most about this place was that you could really tell everything was just prepared from fresh ingredients. The food has the same unique flair of Boca in South Tampa and both locations do an exceptional job of bringing out the foods natural flavors.
Hats off to the chef, we can’t wait to come back and enjoy more of your tasty creations.
